I'm a literary research assistant and writer based in Washington, D.C. I work at Brass Check, where I collaborate directly with some of the most influential minds in contemporary writing and publishing — including Ryan Holiday, Brent Underwood, and Billy Oppenheimer.

I write essays about culture, philosophy, sports, and the stories we tell ourselves — the ones that hold up and the ones that don't. My newsletter has been going for a few years, covering everything from Jimmy Piersall to Pascal's Wager to the Sacramento Kings.
